delivery times
The package is usually handed over to the shipping service provider DHL in 1-3 working days.
With DHL, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-2 days, insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, and within 2-4 days for deliveries abroad.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Note : When paying by bank transfer, your order will only be processed after receipt of payment. As a result, the delivery times given above may be delayed by a few days.


Shipping
Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Domestic shipping costs are between €1.90 - €2.90 per order.

From an order value of 45€, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:
The shipping costs abroad depend on the location and weight. They will be charged at checkout.

The General Terms and Conditions of DHL Paket International apply in the currently valid version.

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us at info@meltatelier.de. Tell us your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this page.

Refunds
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

exchange
Exchanges will only be given for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, email us at info@meltatelier.de and send the item to: Ringbergweg 80, Weißach, 83700, Germany.

Shipment
To return your product, you should send your product to: Ringbergweg 80, Weißach, 83700, Germany.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
